Nature of Natural Stone

Natural stone is a product of nature and may contain inherent variations in color, veining, texture, and pattern.
Images displayed on the website are for reference purposes only and may not represent the exact appearance of the final product. Such variations are considered natural characteristics and do not constitute defects.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Stock levels may change without prior notice.
Product reservation is confirmed only upon written confirmation and/or receipt of payment.

Pricing & VAT

  • All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • VAT (5%) will be applied in accordance with UAE regulations unless otherwise specified.

Orders, Payments & Deposits

  • Orders may require a deposit or full payment prior to processing.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, cash, or other methods approved by the Company.

Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery is available within the UAE unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delivery charges are calculated separately.

  • The Company is not responsible for unloading, lifting equipment, site access, or installation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Inspection & Acceptance

Clients are responsible for inspecting all materials prior to delivery, cutting, or installation.
Once the material has been processed, cut, or installed, no claims will be accepted for appearance-related issues.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of natural stone products:

  • Returns are generally not accepted after confirmation or delivery.

  • Order cancellations may be accepted only before dispatch and subject to Company approval.

Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Lumahstone shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation issues, or government restrictions.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the supplied product only.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lumahstone.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
